Age Groups for the Spring 2012 Season

A move up from one age group to another occurs during the fall soccer season.  Click the link below to review the age limits for each group. Age table.

Walk in registration is the first and second weekends of February.  Print the registration form below  and bring a copy of your birth certificate to the following location:

Dunham's Sporting Goods - DuBois Mall Location

Registration Dates are  :

Friday February 3rd   (6 -8 PM) & Saturday February  4th (10 AM - 2 PM)

Friday February 10th (6 -8 PM) & Saturday February 11h (10 AM - 2 PM)

All non-walk in registrations can be completed and dropped off to Hoffer Realty (Liberty Blvd., DuBois, PA) by February 28, 2011.  Include a check with the appropriate amount and a copy of the birth certificate.  

Rec Registration forms and Travel Registration forms can be downloaded from our website by clicking the link below and brought to Dunham's during the registration periods.

Registration for the Spring 2012 Soccer Season will begin on February 3rd and will continue through February 28th.  Late registrations will be accepted through March 15th.  No late Travel registrations will be accepted.
